- We accept topsoil that is sufficiently dry, free from moisture saturation, and not mixed with contaminants or debris (e.g., plastic, vegetation, chemical residues).
- It must meet relevant environmental guidelines and be suitable for reuse in landscaping or similar applications.
- Dry & Clean Rock
- We accept rock material that is clean, free from excessive soil or moisture, and not contaminated by paint, chemicals, or other hazardous substances.
- Rocks should be of a manageable size for handling or further processing and must comply with applicable regulatory standards.
Max Recycling does not accept general refuse, tyres, plastic, glass, liquid waste, or materials containing hydrocarbons, leachable, degradable, putrescible, or combustible components. We also reject hazardous waste or materials associated with hazardous waste treatment, stabilization, or disposal practices, hazardous or potentially hazardous substances, including but not limited to those with explosive, flammable, oxidizing, corrosive, toxic, or ecotoxic properties, medical or veterinary waste, asbestos or radioactive substances, and soils contaminated with substances harmful to human or animal health or originating from industrial sites typically linked to contamination. Additionally, we do not accept waste rejected by landfills.
Disposal Standards: Max Recycling’s final disposal is carried out using Class 3 Managed, Class 4 Controlled, or Class 5 Cleanfill landfills. All tipping material must not come from high-risk or HAIL sites (such as petrol stations, contaminated areas, timber treatment yards, or industrial farming sites) and must be free of any contaminants or substances classified as contaminated.
